How much does Basingstoke Live cost?

Basingstoke Live is free to attend.

Do I need a ticket?

No, Basingstoke Live is an unticketed event.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit to attend Basingstoke Live, however if you want to drink alcohol at the event, you will need to bring an acceptable form of Photographic ID with you.

What is an acceptable form of ID?

Acceptable forms of ID are any of the following:
• Your original driving licence photo card
• Your original passport
• An ID card carrying the PASS scheme hologram.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes you are welcome to bring your own refreshments, however please remember that you will need ID if you wish to bring alcoholic drinks or unsealed drinks containers into the event. Also please note that glass containers, camp cookers and BBQs are prohibited items at Basingstoke Live. Hot food is available to buy on site throughout the weekend.

What is your drugs policy?

Basingstoke Live will not tolerate the use of illegal drugs at the event, please do not bring them. You will be searched when entering the site. If you are found in possession of an illegal substance it will be confiscated and you may be refused entry to the event or you may be arrested.

Can I bring a dog?

No, Dogs and other pets are not permitted at the event, with the exception of guide dogs.

What items are prohibited?

Is public car parking available?

Yes, a free public car park will be available next to War Memorial park accessed from London Road. Disabled Parking for Blue Badge Holders is available at War Memorial Park, accessed via Crossborough Hill.

What time does the event start and finish?

Gates open at 12 noon on both days. The event finishes at 10.30pm on Saturday and 7.30pm on Sunday.

Is camping available?

There is no camping available at Basingstoke Live.

Can I work at Basingstoke Live?

Currently there are no paid work opportunities at Basingstoke Live. If you would like to find out about volunteering opportunities you can contact Basingstoke Voluntary Services Youth Team on 01256 423812 who will be able to give you more information.

Where is Basingstoke Live taking place?
