Basingstoke came alive in July when War Memorial Park was transformed into a free two day music festival for residents and visitors to enjoy.
The event which was part of the Basingstoke Festival and funded by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, showcased the best in local artists alongside national and international performers. With five stages packed with a mix of music and dance from a huge range of artists including Hackney MC Paigey Cakey and the Dub Pistols, there was something for everyone.
This year’s event also featured even more free activities for families plus a new Get Active area, Community Zone featuring stalls from local organisations and food stands offering everything from sweet treats to delicious dishes.
Did you go? Tell us what you thought and you could win prizes including a family ticket to the Christmas pantomime, Peter Pan at The Anvil, a family ticket to Basing House and a Sylvanian Families play set.
